Always Labor Day Weekend – September 3rd—September 6th

Includes Free admission to the Fair and
the satisfaction of volunteering for a great cause!

It’s August and it’s “Fair Time”! Time to get organized for the annual Alumni Association Salad Booth!! As you may know, for the past several years, the Alumni Association has been sponsoring the Salad Booth and we are actively looking for volunteers to staff shifts throughout Labor Day Weekend. The Salad Booth is our major fundraiser, and primarily supports the Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Help is needed in 4-hour shifts, Friday through Monday (shifts run 10:00-2:00, 2:00-6:00, 6:00-10:00). If you will be in town for the fair and would like to sign up for a shift, please contact the Alumni Office at 860-963-4926, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or drop me an email at kwillis@woodstockacademy.org.When you call or email, please provide me with a couple of dates and times of when you would be able to join us.

I hope that you will be able to help us out this year. If you know of any other alumni or friends that may be interested, please let me know and we’ll get them signed up. If you will be at the Fair, but unable to work, please stop by the booth and say “Hello” we’re always glad to see you.
