Alumni Volunteer Opportunities

Alumni Volunteers provide critical support for so many Academy programs and projects. As a small office we value our volunteers and their ability to join us in creating strong programs and keeping alumni connected to each other and the Academy. Alumni Salad Booth
Join the Woodstock Academy Alumni Association at the Alumni Salad Booth during the Woodstock Fair. Volunteer in the booth at anytime during the weekend by contacting our office. Proceeds benefit the Alumni Scholarship Fund. Click here for further information!

Class Agents
We are looking for representatives from each graduating class who would be willing to assist the Alumni Office as key communicators with their class. Class Agents are asked to regularly update the Alumni Office of address changes for classmates and collect for submission class news on an annual basis for the Alumni Gleaner. To find out if your class needs an agent contact the Alumni Office.

Homecoming Volunteer
Homecoming is October 24th and 25th. We are looking for volunteers in various capacities. From assisting at the Alumni Soccer Game to helping hand out information at the Alumni Tent or passing out food in the Alumni Concessions. All alumni can assist with getting the word out to fellow alumni about coming back to campus. Contact our office to get involved.

Partners In Education
Woodstock Academy’s Career program offers students a vast array of career experiences through the support of our Partners In Education. Business professionals, educators, and military representatives continuously support student career interests and offer opportunities for students to learn and explore real life work experience. Reunion Volunteer
Reunions are a time for reliving the moments that defined our high school careers. Reunion volunteers plan events and encourage their classmates to come together and celebrate milestone reunions. If you are in a reunion year or approaching a reunion year and want to get involved, contact the alumni office for more information.
