Driving Directions

North 

From Sturbridge: 10 Miles.  Follow Route 131 South through Southbridge.  Pick up Route 169 South.

From Worcester: 30 miles. Follow I290 south, into I395.  Follow South to Putnam Exit 97.  Bear right on Route 44.  Go 1 mile to stop light, turn right onto Route 171.  Go 3 miles to Woodstock.  Follow Route 169 North for 1.4 miles.

South

From Mystic/New London: 50 miles. Follow I395 north to exit 97.  Bear left onto Route 44.  Go 1 mile to stop light, turn right onto Route 171.  Go 3 miles to Woodstock.  Follow Route 169 North for 1.4 miles.

East

From Providence: 35 miles. Follow Route 44 west to Putnam.  Right at light onto Route 171.  Go 3 miles to Woodstock.  Follow Route 169 North for 1.4 miles.

West

From Hartford: 45 miles.  Take I84 east to Exit 69.  Follow Route 74 east to Route 44 east to Pomfret.  At the blinking light, take Route 169 North.

From UCONN: 20 miles.  Follow Route 44 east to Pomfret.  At the blinking light, follow Route 169 North.

To Home Athletic Fields:

DIRECTIONS TO CHARLES "BILL" BENTLEY SPORTS COMPLEX
(BASEBALL, SOCCER, SOFTBALL, TENNIS, AND TRACK)

Take I-395 North to exit 95. Turn right onto Kennedy Drive. Stay on into Putnam. At first light, go straight through. Go past Citizens Bank (on your right) and take the next left over the bridge. At the stop sign, go straight until you come to next light at the Cumberland Farms. # Go straight and you are now on Rt. 171 heading into Woodstock.
Go past the entrance to the Woodstock Fairgrounds ** and stay straight through next light (do not take left onto 171) You are now on Rt. 169 North. Go 8/10 of a mile past the Fairgrounds. You will pass the Fire Station and the Town Hall on your right. Immediately after the Town Hall, you will see a white house on your right and a driveway after the house. Take that driveway, as it is the entrance to the complex. You will see signs at the entrance.

DIRECTIONS TO STONEBRIDGE FIELD
(CROSS COUNTRY, LACROSSE, SOCCER)

Follow directions above until you get to **. After you pass the Fairgrounds, take your first right onto Roseland Park Road. At the stop sign, take a right onto Stonebridge Rd. Go down about ½ mile and the fields are on your right.

DIRECTIONS TO HARRISVILLE GOLF COURSE
(GOLF)

Follow directions until you get to #. Go straight for ½ mile and then take a left onto Harrisville Rd. (right before the sign that says Welcome to Woodstock). At the yield sign, stay left. Go 1/10 mile and at the V in the road, stay left. At the stop sign, take a right staying on Harrisville Rd. and stay on this for ½ mile and golf course is on your left.
