Advanced Individual & Dual was created for the physical education student who really wants to go more in depth into each unit covered in Basic Individual & Dual. The class numbers are kept low to allow students to attend more fieldtrips during the block. Not only does this class go more in depth into each unit of studey, it also takes students off campus to the local work out facilities and exposes them to exercises and ways of working out that will serve them for alife-time of physical fitness.
