--Explain how monitors and video cards relate to the system and how to troubleshoot them,
--Explain and identify multimedia devices such as sound cards, digital cameras, and MP3 players,
--Explain optical storage technologies such as CD and DVD,
--Explain how certain hardware devices are used for backups and fault tolerance,
Identify how to troubleshoot multimedia and mass storage devices.
