Students will be able to:
1. Enter and edit data, save and print.
2. Change appearance of the worksheet for function, use, appeal.
3. Copy/move data, insert/delete columns/rows, freeze headings, protect worksheets.
4. Create formulas and perform calculations.
5. Create templates, cell comments, format painter, sort, filter, insert pictures.
6. Work with more than one worksheet in a workbook.
7. Create a variety of charts from data contained in a worksheet .




1. Students will realize that knowledge and mastery of specific hardware or software skills are not the end-goals of information technology courses.
2. Students will develop the ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate situations at home, school, or work and then apply technology to solve problems and complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
