Seniors, please remember to pay your class dues! You must be paid in full to attend the Senior Prom and Class Trip. See any of the advisors or treasurer to pay.
Graduation Announcements
Graduates are given the opportunity each year to order graduation announcements to send to family and friends. This is a great opportunity to inform relatives that you are graduating. However, you must understand that the sending of an announcement is not an invitation to graduation itself.
In the event of inclement weather on June 22nd, there will be limited seating. If rain forces commencement activities indoors, seating will be limited to 3 guests only per graduate, with the ceremony being held in the Woodstock Academy Field House. An outdoor commencement requires no ticket and seating is unlimited. Therefore, you should send your announcements to the people whom you wish to inform of your graduation.
Announcements can be ordered from today until June 16, 2008. Each announcement costs $.50. Please fill in the appropriate information, enclose a check made payable to Woodstock Academy, cut off the bottom of this sheet, and return to the Main Office or Ms. Goodno. Announcements will be given out in early June, as soon as they are available.

GENERAL INFORMATION
GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS may be ordered until June 16th. A printable order form is now available on our website. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open the order form. Announcements are $.50 each. Please contact Ms. Goodno at vgoodno@woodstockacademy.org or call 928-6575 for more information
CAPS AND GOWNS –MANDATORY – cost of $27.00, and must be purchased by June 3rd. Please pay by cash or check, made payable to Woodstock Academy. Money may be given to Ms. Goodno or Mrs. Welch.
GRADUATION PHOTOGRAPHS - Woodstock Academy has again contracted with Lifetouch to provide a photograph of each senior as he/she comes off the stage with his/her diploma. In order to view and/or purchase photos of your senior, contact Lifetouch directly at their website: www.lifetouchevents.com. The password you must use to access this site for Woodstock Academy is: woodstock08.
PLEASE NOTE :
In the event of rain on Academy Sunday, all events will be held in the WA gym. Baccalaureate does not require a ticket and all are invited and encouraged to come. If Graduation is held inside, all guests will be required to present a ticket at the door for entrance into the gym. You must have a ticket or you will not be allowed in. Any guests without tickets will be sent to the Auditorium where they will view the graduation ceremony on a very large screen.
Additional Class Night information:
On Class night, all scholarships and awards will be presented to the students. Parents, Guardians and other guests are encouraged to attend. This is the only time that recognition will be given for awards and scholarships during the commencement activities.
CLASS ACTIVITIES
CLASS TRIP – May 30th Depart 9:30am for Boston, MA. return to WA around 11:00 pm.
PINK HOUSE LUNCHEON – June 4th (RAIN DATE is June 5th) 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. A buffet lunch will be served and yearbooks are distributed. Proper dress is required: slacks, dress shirt, and tie for men; skirts and blouse or dresses for ladies. NO JEANS ALLOWED! This is mandatory for all seniors to attend.
GRADUATION REHEARSALS – June 17 & 18 - ATTENDENCE IS MANDITORY for BOTH DAYS. Seniors meet in the gym. Times will be announced later in May. Seniors must attend rehearsals in order to march with the class at graduation.
CLASS NIGHT – June 20th 7:00 - 10:30 pm in the Woodstock Academy Field House. Seniors must meet in the Student Commons in the Bowen building at 6:00 pm. Caps and gowns must be worn for the awards ceremony. Class Night is mandatory for all graduating seniors.
Class night schedule is: Awards and scholarships, intermission with cookies and soda, senior class slide show, then the senior class entertainment show.
PROJECT GRADUATION – June 20th – overnight mystery trip - 10:45 pm to 6:00 am (Saturday)
ACADEMY SUNDAY – June 22nd - SENIORS MUST ARRIVE AT 11:00 am and report to the Student Commons in the Bowen building.
BACCALAUREATE – June 22nd at 12:00 pm in the Woodstock Academy Field House Gym
GRADUATION – June 22nd at 2:00 pm on the Woodstock Commons. In the event of rain graduation will be held in the Woodstock Academy Field House Gym.
