Senior Class 2010Senior Activities & Graduation InformationGENERAL INFORMATION GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS may be ordered until June 16th. Announcements are $.50 each. A printable order form is now available both on our website and on Edline. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open the order form, and it is available as a free download from our website. Please contact either Mr. Albert Cormier, Assistant Headmaster, at acormier@woodstockacademy.org, or Ms. Goodno, Graduation Coordinator, at vgoodno@woodstockacademy.org, or at 860-928-6575 for more information. CAPS AND GOWNS – Required – cost of $32.00, and must be purchased by June 1st. Payment may be made by cash, or check (made payable to Woodstock Academy.) The order form that will be sent home in report card mailing must accompany payment. Please follow the instructions on the order form carefully. COMMENCEMENT TICKETS – In the event of inclement weather on June 27th, Commencement will be held inside the Woodstock Academy gymnasium at 2:00 p.m. Due to limited seating in the gym, all guests will require a ticket to enter. Seniors will be given 3 tickets each. There will, however, be an “extra ticket” list that seniors can sign up for up to 2 extra tickets. These tickets will be on a first come, first served basis. COMMENCEMENT PHOTOGRAPHS - Woodstock Academy has again contracted with Lifetouch to provide a photograph of each senior as he/she descends the stage with his/her diploma. In order to view and/or purchase photos of your senior, contact Lifetouch directly at its website: www.lifetouchevents.com. The password you must use to access this site for Woodstock Academy is: woodstock10. PLEASE NOTE: Academy Sunday, June 27, 2010: Baccalaureate is scheduled for 12:00 p.m., and does not require a ticket. The Baccalaureate celebrates the tradition of placing the “interests and life” of the Woodstock Academy “before the minds of the people of the community.” All are invited and encouraged to attend. Commencement is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. If, due to inclement weather, this ceremony is held inside, all guests will be required to present a ticket at the door for entrance into the gymnasium. Students will be issued a limited number of tickets for Commencement. Guests without tickets will be directed to the Auditorium to view the ceremony on our large screen. Seating for all events is first come, first served. If you or your guest has special needs (handicapped accessibility, a hearing or visual impairment, etc.) which require special attention or seating, please contact Ms. Goodno, or Mr. Cormier, ASAP to make these arrangements. Reserved seating in the handicapped accessibility section will be limited to the individual and one other person.
