  • About

    This is a two-week residential program for students entering grades 10, 11, and 12 who want to immerse themselves in the American college and university discovery process. While improving English as a Second Language (ESL) skills through a progressive writing program, students will visit at least ten U.S. colleges and universities, including several Ivy League universities, and an overnight stay in New York. Students will also enjoy exclusive group tours with university officials at selected campuses. College essay writing coaches will host workshops for students both in small groups and individually on essay writing, as well as master the Common App and California Common App. College admission deans and admissions officers will present a range of topics to make students more informed, and students will have time to meet and speak with them directly. Our students will “graduate” with a deeper understanding and knowledge of the U.S. college admissions process, a polished college essay, and a personalized road map designed to lead them to greater success in the college application process. Located in safe, picturesque Northeast Connecticut, the proximity allows for weekend excursions to Boston, New York, and the beautiful beaches of southern New England.
