  • “In spite of food fads, fitness programs, and health concerns, we must never lose sight of a beautifully conceived meal.” – Julia Child

Students enrolled in these 10 classes will acquire and enhance an understanding of the relationship between individuals, families, communities, and the environment in which they live. The application of these academic and technical skills will benefit both their personal and family lives, as well as cultivate career-related skills and experiences.
