To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests attending events at The Woodstock Academy, event attendees may be subject to a search upon entering the facility. Please note that guests with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances.
Security screening will be conducted for public events. If deemed necessary, pat-downs may be conducted. Patrons should plan to arrive early with their ticket and limited belongings, to allow for this enhanced security process.
The Woodstock Academy & Loos Center for the Arts reserve the right to deny admission to events, without refunds or exchanges, to any patrons who are unable to meet the requirements as stated below.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include items which could be used as a weapon, unlawful substances, tobacco, bottles or cans, alcohol, backpacks, knapsacks, luggage, coolers, parcels, briefcases, tablets and like articles. Large bags will not be permitted into most events. For smaller permitted bags, searches may be conducted. For family events ONLY diaper bags will be allowed and will be searched. No weapons of any kind will be permitted into the event by any patron.
Outside food & beverages are NOT permitted.
Pets (other than registered service animals) are NOT permitted.
Cell phones are permitted unless otherwise requested by artist management or security. Tablets, iPads, and laptops are NOT permitted.
Camera PolicyThe camera policy varies dependent upon each event. Cameras and recording devices may not be allowed at some events.
