CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) Camp5 Days • August 12-16 • For students entering grades 6-9

Instructor(s): Melany Gronski, Science TeacherExplore the world of Forensic Science as we dive deeper into solving crimes! Working with science teacher Mrs. Gronski, you will learn new scientific techniques used in real-life crime investigations.

Tabletop Fantasy Games Camp5 Days • August 5-9 • For students of all ages
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $125
Instructor(s): Justin Fox, World Language Teacher
Try your hand at new or familiar fantasy role-playing games, including Dungeons & Dragons and Magic the Gathering, with Table Top Games Club advisor and Spanish teacher Mr. Fox.

Makerspace Camp5 Days • August 5-9 • For students entering grades 6-9

Instructor(s): Donte Adams, Basketball Coach and ParaprofessionalCoach Adams will use his years as a varsity and prep basketball coach to build up from the basics to the more challenging aspects of basketball!

Culinary Arts Camp
5 Days • August 12-16 • For students entering grades 6-9
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $125
Instructor(s): Michael Bove, FCS TeacherJoin Mr. Bove as he will show his junior chefs how to perform basic cooking and baking skills. Recipes include pizza, chocolate chip cookies, scones, and more!

Health Forms
In order to participate in ATHLETIC summer camps (basketball), all campers must have proof of a physical that has been completed within 13 months of the end date of the camp. You may use The Woodstock Academy’s form or a form provided by your physician.
If the camper will need medication administered during camp hours, please complete the Authorization for the Administration of Medication by School, Child Care, and Youth Camp Personnel form.
Completed health forms can be submitted with the registration form or emailed to bsaucier@woodstockacademy.org before the beginning of the camp. Campers will NOT be able to participate without appropriate forms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrants who cancel at least one month (30 days) prior to the event receive a full refund. Those who cancel 10 to 29 days prior to the event receive 50% refund. Cancellations nine days or less prior to the camp receive no refund.
The Woodstock Academy reserves the right to cancel events with too few registrants or substitute session topics and presenters without notice. If an event is canceled, we will notify registrants by email or phone.
Registrants for events canceled by The Woodstock Academy will receive a full refund or transfer to another session or workshop within the same fiscal year at no cost. In the event of cancellation, The Academy is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
No Show Policy
Any participant who has registered but did not pay for a camp, who does not cancel per the cancellation policy, and does not attend must still submit payment in full.
