Flik Independent School Dining is proud to serve The Woodstock Academy. Please review our policies and procedures below for the 2025-2026 school year.
We’ve teamed up with MyKidsSpending, an online service where you can easily and securely pay for school meals using a credit/debit card or electronic check.
Get started in 4 simple steps:
1. Download the IOS mobile app or Android visit mykidsspending.com
2. Create your free account
3. Add your student
4. Add funds to your student’s meal account
Using MyKidsSpending you can:
● Add funds to your student’s meal account
● View meal balances & cafeteria purchases
● Receive low balance alerts

Flik Account Payments
Payments may be made to your student’s Flik account via mykidsspending.com/Logon, ACH, or credit card. Flik accounts do not coincide with Woodstock Academy student accounts. Checks may be made payable to Flik and brought or mailed to the school at 57 Academy Road, Woodstock, CT 06281.
Please include your student’s student ID on the check. Checks or cash can be brought to the cashier at any time. Funding your student’s account online is preferred.
Negative Balances
If your student utilizes all the funds in their account, they will not be able to purchase lunch or retail items per Woodstock’s no negative balance policy. If they are out of funds, your student will be supplied and charged with a $2 basic lunch. Hence, we do recommend auto-funding your student’s account to avoid this situation.

How to manage MyKidsSpending account
Configuring Auto-Pay on MyKidsSpending is easy and will keep your child's meal balance updated!
• Login to your account at mykidsspending.com
• Click Auto Transfers to get started with automatic payments.
• Complete the required fields and select the Enable Auto Replenish option. This will activate autofunding for all accounts associated with your login credentials.
MyKidsSpending recommends that the amount you enter for when the balance falls below should account for 3-4 days of meals for your child. We also recommend adding funds to cover meals for 10 days. The minimum payment amount is $25, but we suggest adding at least $60 to ensure your child has funds available.
Your child's Student ID Number and Free/Reduced Lunch applications are accessible on PowerSchool.
