Emma’s tenacity on the field and in the classroom earned her the honor of being one of The Academy's top four scholar-athletes. Emma played varsity soccer in the fall and lacrosse in the spring. She spent the winter season as a partner for Unified Basketball, a program to help athletes of all abilities enjoy competition and community. In terms of academics, Emma enjoyed the collaborative environment of her favorite class, AP calculus.

In addition to her scholar-athlete pursuits, Emma served as vice president of WA's National Honor Society and was a member of the Latin, scholar-athlete, science, and math honor societies. Outside of school, she served as a member of the Rotaract Club, a community club for young leaders developing innovative solutions for the world’s problems.

Emma plans to pursue a career in a STEAM field.
