Paying Down Lunch Account Balances
As the school year comes to a close, we are approaching the deadline to settle lunch account fees and any other student fees. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Michael DiMascio, Director of Flik Dining (mdimascio@woodstockacademy.org).
Please note the following updates from Flik:
- All balances must be paid down to $0 by June 15, 2023.
- All accounts with a negative balance beginning in the 2023-24 school year will be locked. Students will still be able to make purchases with cash or card. (This does not excuse the negative balance which still must be paid off).
- Payments can be made online using PaySchools. If you would like to make a payment in person, please bring cash, check, or card to the North Campus Dining Commons during business hours (M-F, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.).
- If you have a positive balance and are a returning student, you may keep those funds in the student account to use next year or request a refund by emailing flikdining@woodstockacademy.org.
- Seniors with positive lunch account balances can request a refund by emailing flikdining@woodstockacademy.org.
- All lunch accounts as of August 1, 2023, will be set to freeze at $0 so that a negative balance cannot take place.
Parent Information Presentation: Stress Management for Student-Athletes
Join us on Thursday, June 8 at 5:00 p.m. at Loos Center for the Arts for this free event. The Spring Sports Awards ceremony will begin right after the presentation at 6:00 p.m.
Dr. Melissa Perkins-Banas, clinical neuropsychologist, will talk about stress management techniques for student-athletes in response to the increasing number of college and high school student-athletes who are having difficulty managing the pressure associated with sports participation. Many student-athletes seek support for performance anxiety in sports, which also has the potential to impact other areas of life. Dr. Perkins-Banas will provide strategies for managing the associated stress and anxiety based on her clinical experience.
