Family Survey

Please complete the annual survey for families. The information from the survey helps us to improve our program and school climate. Survey results are anonymous. The survey should take you about fifteen minutes to complete. 
 
Students will complete their own climate survey on Monday, June 3, during Advisory.

Free Sports Physicals

The Woodstock Academy will be hosting a free sports physical clinic for any student-athletes who do not have a current physical examination on file for the 2024-2025 school year. Sports physicals will be offered on Thursday, July 11 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the South Campus health office located in Warren Hall. Sign-ups are required (walk-in appointments are not available) and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the health office cannot add additional slots once all appointments have been filled. Physicals are valid for 13 months for athletic participation.

Class Night & Commencement

Seniors and their families received an email yesterday detailing Class Night and Commencement. A refresher of the information can be found below.

134th Commencement Exercises
Saturday, June 8 | 10:00 a.m. | Woodstock Town Common
All community members are welcome

If you can't make it in person, a live stream will be available for both Class Night and Commencement at woodstockacademy.org/live.

Commencement Reminders & Tips:

On Commencement day, the senior class will assemble at the North Campus Dining Commons at 8:45 a.m. At 10:00 a.m. sharp, graduates proceed to the Town Common. 

  • There are no tickets for this event; anyone is welcome to attend.
  • We suggest preparing by bringing hats, sunscreen, and water should we have a sunny day.
  • There will be chairs assembled for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are none left, please feel free to use your own lawn chair.
  • There is a designated photo area for families to photograph their graduates receiving their diplomas. Please return to your seat once the photo is taken.
  • Graduates will be called to the stage in alphabetical order.
    Parking will be directed by town constables.
  • We strongly suggest arriving early to avoid traffic and ensure you are on time for the ceremony.
