Weekly Update 09/20/24
Weekly Announcements: September 16-20
PSAT
All grade 9-11 students will take the digital PSAT on October 9. Tests are free and all students will be registered automatically. Testing will begin at 7:30 a.m. and regular testing will conclude around 11:30 a.m. There is an optional SAT for seniors.
It is important that students arrive to school on time and have their iPad fully charged. Room assignments will be sent via email. In addition, students should bring a calculator and water/snack to have during the short testing breaks as no lunch will be provided on test day. Since no classes will meet, students do not need to bring their materials for classes.

The SAT is being administered at WA on October 9 during the school day. This is optional for seniors and costs $70. To register for the test, students must use this link while logged into their myWA account.
The deadline to register is September 27.

Yearbook Information
Senior Photo Requirement
All seniors are required to have a photo session with Legacy Studios. You may select from one of their packages, which includes a variety of options. However, a free yearbook session is available if you prefer a no-cost option. Please note that more appointments are open each month, but not until the previous days are full. Having this photo done will help ensure that the senior will not be left out of the yearbook, and you always have the option to choose the final photo from any source.

Survey & Yearbook Photo Section
Please take the time to complete this survey using a Gmail account. This is information that we will use in the senior section of the yearbook. You will also upload photos here if you choose to. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Important Deadline
Both the senior survey and the photo selections above are due by November 25, 2024. This deadline is crucial as it allows the time needed to complete the pages and submit them to you for review before the final yearbook deadline. If you have individual conflicts, Amanda Tosetti (yearbook advisor) will work to ensure that everyone is included in the yearbook if they want to be.
Buying Your Yearbook
You can purchase your yearbook now! We recommend buying it early to save money. You can also use a payment plan to buy your yearbook. We encourage students and parents to communicate with one another to ensure only one yearbook per student is purchased.
Purchase Yearbook
Friend Ads
It is also now possible to purchase a friend ad in the yearbook if you would like to display a collection of pictures and memories. Please email Amanda Tosetti if you would like more information about this.
If there are any questions regarding the information above, please contact Amanda Tosetti at atosetti@woodstockacademy.org.
