Second Semester Reminders
In preparation for second semester, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder about important information and upcoming dates for students and families.

Lunch
Food service can be purchased through pre-paid lunch accounts or with cash. You can review instructions on how to set up a lunch account and add money to your student's account at woodstockacademy.org/students/dining-services.
The lunch menu is available on woodstockacademy.flikisdining.com.
Lunch is served on North Campus only. As always, students may bring their own lunch.
Canvas Access
Canvas is the online system we use for access to important class files, syllabi, calendars, and assignments. To access your child's Canvas classes, please follow the instructions on our Parent Dashboard woodstockacademy.org/canvasparentsetup.
Update PowerSchool Information
PowerSchool is our main learning management system and is where all families should go for accurate information on their schedule, quarter and semester grades, attendance, and finances. It is also where we keep contact information for families. To help us ensure that information about your child's education and academic status reaches the correct people, as soon as possible, please sign in to your Woodstock Academy PowerSchool account at wa.powerschool.com and complete the Form to Update Parent/Guardian & Emergency Contacts. Read the instructions at the top to understand how to set up the information to be sure emails and texts are received by the correct people.

Drop-off and Pick-up
For safety and efficiency, we have designated drop-off and pick-up locations for cars, buses, and shuttles between campuses. Please carefully review the drop-off and pick-up locations linked below.

School Calendar
The online school calendar designates Day A schedules, Day B schedules, and Advisory days. Find the calendar on the woodstockacademy.org homepage by clicking "News & Events."
View the daily schedules from the student or parent dashboards.
Student Handbook
Many questions about on-campus operations can be found in the Student Handbook, which can be found on each student's iPad as well as on the student and parent dashboards.
Student Parking & Privileges
At this time, there are no additional parking permits available for student parking.
Seniors who applied for and were granted student privileges will see it reflected on their schedule in PowerSchool in place of a study hall. Students leaving campus early, or arriving late, because of their privileges must sign in and out using the check-out and check-in form on the student dashboard or using the QR code posted at entrances.
