Meet 3: Coyle brings home 1st-place finish

Junior Julia Coyle finished first in the 1600m with freshman Olivia Tracy right behind her in second at an Eastern Connecticut Conference indoor track meet Sunday at Providence Tech.

Tracy was also third in the 1000m.

Juliet Allard placed second in the 55m dash and Emma Weitnecht placed fifth and qualified for the states with that finish.

On Saturday, senior Bella Sorrentino placed fifth in a pentathlon event at Bethel High School.
