The Boarding Experience
At The Woodstock Academy, you're family! Join us on South Campus!
When you live on campus at The Woodstock Academy you will be welcomed into a warm and supportive community.
Our diverse residential community is made up of students from across the world and the United States. Twenty-five families live on campus and serve as dorm parents that support you through the joys and challenges of high school while also sharing important life skills to develop independence.
We’ve created an engaging learning environment with academic support and tutoring to keep you focused on your college and career goals. Each student has a college counselor who helps them plan their schedule and ensures that they are taking all of the correct classes to be accepted to a university in the United States. WA offers English Language Learners several classes and levels to help them improve their English while they are studying here in the US. We live and learn together.
Throughout the day the campus family gathers together over meals in the South Campus Dining Commons. You’ll find The Centaur lounge in Westhaver Hall abuzz with activity after school and throughout the weekends. Here, local day students and residential students gather to relax, study, and collaborate.
Karaoke, dodgeball, movie nights, and sharing cultures over home-cooked meals and holiday celebrations are some of the on-campus activities you will learn to love. Woodstock, Connecticut is a charming, historic New England town and the excitement of Boston, Providence, and New York City are not far away for day-trips on the weekends. Shopping, bowling, skiing, local ice cream shops, New England hikes, and the beach are also popular group outings.
Residential Halls: Your Home Away From Home
