Q. I've lost my KeyFob, what do I do?
A. For security reasons, you should inform a member of the Campus Safety team immediately. Replacement KeyFobs are available for $20
Q. My KeyFob doesn't seem to be reading (the reader does not beep when my KeyFob is presented), what do I do?
A. Especially if you're at a newer reader, make sure you're presenting your fob in the correct spot (center/center). The keyfob does not need to touch the reader, but swiping your reader top to bottom may prevent a read. If your fob still isn't working as expected, inform a member of the Campus Safety team. They are able to issue a new KeyFob to replace the defective one.
*KeyFobs will only allow access through specific doors based on your role at The Woodstock Academy and are not considered a Master Key.
