    Q. My KeyFob doesn't seem to be reading (the reader does not beep when my KeyFob is presented), what do I do?

    A. Especially if you're at a newer reader, make sure you're presenting your fob in the correct spot. If your fob still isn't working as expected, inform a member of the Campus Safety team. They are able to issue a new KeyFob to replace the defective one.
