OneCard

Load money on to your OneCard and you’ll have Centaur Cash! From dining and vending to retail and event locations, there are over 15 on and off campus Centaur Cash vendors.

*To make a deposit through the eAccounts app you will need to make a first-time deposit through the website and save your payment method. This save payment method will be used through the eAccounts mobile app.

Centaur Cash will stay on the OneCard throughout your tenure at The Woodstock Academy, rolling over every year. Centaur Cash on the OneCard is like a debit account, but cash cannot be withdrawn from the account unless a student transfers, withdraws, or graduates. 

This account can only be used for purchases at dining locations.

Like Centaur Cash, Dining Dollars stay on the OneCard throughout your tenure at The Woodstock Academy, with the unused funds rolling over every academic year. Dining Dollars on the OneCard cannot be withdrawn from the account unless a student transfers, withdraws, or graduates. 

Use your OneCard in the Bracken Memorial Library to check out library & text books.

Pay for Academy Dues & Fees using your Centaur Cash account. 

Campus-sponsored events like Prom, Class Trips, Loos Center for the Arts & Athletic events all gain access with your OneCard*. Event organizers can request temporary OneCard readers for their next event by emailing onecard@woodstockacademy.org.

On-campus vending machines can deduct from Centaur Cash accounts. Simply tap your OneCard on the vending reader to pay.

Use your Centaur Cash account in the Centaur Shoppe to get the latest Centaur Nation fan gear & apparel.

Have access to a dorm room, classroom, meeting space, or building? Your OneCard is your access! Tap your OneCard on the center of the reader to gain access.

Print to FollowMe from any campus computer or iOS device and then tap your OneCard on a FollowMe copier on campus to print your jobs, scan to, or access copy functions.

Use your OneCard in the Information Technology Office to check in/out resources.

The Student Commons on North Campus and Dining Hall in the Student Center on South Campus can both deduct from Dining Dollars and Centaur Cash. 

The OneCard offices on North and South Campus can both use your OneCard to lookup your account, add funds, etc.,

Residential Life students & employees can use their OneCard to check in to locations, request approval for leave, and more!

Hourly employees tap their OneCard on time clocks at North or South Campus to clock in & out.
